Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, it has been pointed out, by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, that a civil Suit, in O.S.No.5332 of 2010, is pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Trichy, and that the petitioner, as well as the respondents are parties to the said suit. 2. In view of the pendency of the civil suit in O.S.No.5332 of 2010, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Trihcy, this Court is of the view that it is for the petitioner to agitate her rights and to establish the same before the civil forum in which the said suit is pending. As such, the writ petition is devoid of merits. Hence, it is dismissed. No costs.
