Judgment :- At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has submitted that the revision petition filed by the petitioner, against the impugned order of the Joint Commissioner, H.R.&C.E.(Admn) Department, Tirunelveli, in M.P.No.2/2007 A.3 dt.13.10.2010, would be numbered and the matter would be heard and disposed of, as directed by this Court, within the time stipulated by this Court. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the respondent is directed to dispose of the revision petition, after numbering the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ petition is disposed with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
