JUDGMENT Surinder Singh, J.(Oral)-Petitioner has applied for his bail. He is allegedly accused of an offence punishable under Sections 366, 376, 342 and 506 Indian Penal Code registered in Police Station Rampur on 1.3.2006. 2. It is stated that after the alleged incident, petitioner absconded. The challan was presented in the court against the petitioner and the evidence as per the provisions of Section 299 of the Code of Criminal Procedure were recorded. On 28.4.2009, petitioner is alleged to have entered in the house of one person in the adjacent village. He reported the matter to the police. Petitioner was taken into custody and later it came to the notice that he was involved in the present case. As such he was arrested on 29.4.2009 in the present FIR. 3. Keeping in view the conduct of the petitioner and the allegations against him, bail is not available to him. Accordingly his bail application is dismissed. However, it is directed that the learned trial Court shall make every endevour to finally dispose of the matter pending before it on merits within six months from today. 4. The petitioner stands disposed of.
