Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, had submitted that the writ Petition has become infructuous. 2. In view of the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
