Judgment :- 1. The writ petition was posted for hearing on 09.12.2010, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the same was posted for orders on 13.12.2010. Even on 13.12.2010, there was no representation, it was posted for dismissal. Even today, there is no representation. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
