Judgment :- 1. This Contempt petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondents for contempt of Court, for willfully disobeying the order of the Court, dated 05.10.2004, made in W.P.No.23663 of 2004, as clarified by the order, dated 10.06.2009, made in W.P.No.23663 of 2004. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Additional Advocate General, appearing on behalf of the respondents, had pointed out that the order passed by this Court, on 05.10.2004, in W.P.No.23663 of 2004, had been recalled, by an order, dated 23.11.2004. In such circumstances, the contempt petition filed by the petitioner, to punish the respondents, for wilful disobedience of the earlier order passed by this Court, on 05.10.2004, cannot be maintained. 3. In view of the said submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General, appearing on behalf of the respondents, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner has not shown sufficient cause or reason to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 05.10.2004, made in W.P.No.23663 of 2004, as prayed for by this petitioner, in the present contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt petition stands closed.
