Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the educational loan had been sanctioned, as prayed for by the petitioner in his application, dated 13.10.2010. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, since, no further order is necessary, this Writ Petition stands closed.
