The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition no longer survives for consideration and the same has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the said submission and the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
