ORDER : 1. Issue notice. In the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer or the concerned Court, as the case may be, in connection with Alipur P.S. Case bearing No. 35 of 2008 dated 23.12.2008, Gaya, Bihar. However, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation.
