Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. The Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the order of removing the petitioner from the post of Chairman, Panchayat Union. 2. In as much as the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter, the Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
