Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent Bank had submitted that the petitioner had resubmitted the application for the grant of educational loan, after duly signing the same, on 23.11.2010. She had also submitted that the application would be considered, as per the norms applicable for the sanctioning of educational loan. 2. In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent, the second respondent shall consider the application submitted by the petitioner for the grant of educational loan and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
