Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, Mr.Dhandapani, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first and the second respondents, had submitted that the Fixed Deposit Receipts, relating to the amount in question, is with the third and the fourth respondents. He had also submitted that it would be open to the petitioner to approach the first respondent, with the necessary proof to show his identity and to file an appropriate affidavit to receive the Fixed Deposit Receipts lying with the third and the fourth respondents. 3. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the third and the fourth respondents, have no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the respondents are directed to release the Fixed Deposit Receipts to the petitioner, on production of the necessary proof showing his identity and on his filing an affidavit, as required by the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
