Judgment :- 1. The prayer in the writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to award additional 42 marks as per the expert committee opinion in the entrance examination conducted by the first respondent for the seat in M.B.B.S. course for the academic year 2003-2004. 2. The prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
