JUDGMENT The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter-alia, praying for directing the respondents to pay the pension of the petitioner with effect from 2001 onwards in P.P.O. No. 321814. 2. By the order dated 29.01.2010, Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, was granted time to obtain instructions in the matter.? 3. Today, Sri Pankaj Saxena has stated that? instructions have been received by him, and as per the instructions, an amount of Rs.2,54,632/- towards Family Pension for the period with effect from 01.11.2001 to 31.01.2010 has been deposited in the Bank Account of the petitioner by Treasury Cheque dated 9th February, 2010. 4. Sri Ravindra Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the amount, as stated by Sri Pankaj Saxena on the basis of the instructions, has been deposited in the Bank Account of the petitioner, and therefore, the reliefs prayed for in the Writ Petition have been granted to the petitioner. 5. As the reliefs prayed for by the petitioner in the Writ Petition have been granted to the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition. 6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
