Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that dispute seems to be between the husband and wife. 3. Having gone through the record, I, prima facie, find that the parties should be given a chance to settle their differences on their own terms and conditions through process of mediation and conciliation. 4. Let this order be placed before the Registrar General/Incharge of Allahabad High Court's Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Allahabad. Registrar General / Incharge Medication and Conciliation Centre will issue notices to both the parties fixing a date for their personal appearance before Mediator nominated by the Organizing Secretary of Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 5. It is directed that applicants shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- within two weeks from today with the Mediation Centre out of which Rs.8000/- shall be paid to Smt. Reshma, opposite party no.2 for her appearance before the Mediation Centre and to bear other expenses and the remaining Rs.2,000/- will go to Mediation Centre. In case Smt. Reshma fails to appear before the Mediation Centre despite the service of notice upon her, the amount directed to be paid to her, shall be refunded to the applicant. 6. It is directed that Mediation Centre shall decide the matter expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from today and find a possible solution of dispute between the parties. Thereafter the case shall be listed before appropriate Bench in the week commencing 5th April, 2010. 7. Till the next date of listing, further proceedings against the applicants in Case Crime No.358 of 2009 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 I.P.C. and of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Bhojpur, District Ghaziabad, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,Court No.7, District Ghaziabad shall remain in abeyance. 8. After depositing the amount, aforesaid, notice shall be issued to the parties and in the case the aforesaid amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, the interim protection granted above shall automatically be vacated.
