JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the statements under Section 161 Cr.P.C. that of Smt. Santosh, Lali Bai and Sita Ram who are said to be neighbours as well as the landlord in whose house the accused was residing, I deem it just and proper to now enlarge the petitioner on bail as the investigation has already been completed and challan has been filed. 3. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. 4. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner Bunti @ Pradeep Sahu S/o Shri Kanhaiya Lal Sahu in F.I.R. No. 131/2009, registered at Police Station Shastri Nagar, District Jaipur City (North), shall be released on bail; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.Bail Application Allowing. *******
