JUDGMENT 1. - This petition is directed against the order dated 6.1.2009 whereby the learned trial Court rejected the application of the plaintiff petitioner for obtaining hand-writing expert's opinion for the signatures of P.W.2 Vikram on Ex.1 to Ex.8. 2. The learned court below has rejected the said application observing that since the plaintiff's evidence was already over and he could have produced this evidence of the hand-writing expert's report during the course of his evidence and at this stage, if was not found necessary to summon hand-writing expert at the instance of the plaintiff-petitioner. 3. Having heard the learned counsel, this Court is of the opinion that there is no error in the impugned order and same does that require any interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition being did of merit, Is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.Writ Petition Dismissed. *******
