Judgment (1) This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No. 4 seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No. 150 of 2009 of Bantumilli P.S., Pedana Police Station, Krishna District Registered for an offence under Section 498-A IPC. (2) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, 1 am inclined to order as follows: (3) Having regard to in the event of the arrest of the petitioner A-4 in Crime No. 150 of 2009 of P.S., Bantumilli, Krishna District, she shall he enlarged on bail on her executing a person bond for a sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the said Officer. (4) Having regard to learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner requires the matter to be referred to the District Legal Services Authority for settlement and legal aid also. (5) Having regard to in the above circumstances, the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, is directed to contact the parties and do the needful for the amicable settlement or for providing legal aid. (6) Having regard to in the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
