ORDER : 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner to amend the cause title by including the names and addresses of respondents 5 to 14. 2. Steps to be taken to complete the service on respondents 11 and 12. 3. Learned Solicitor General submits that newly constituted Medical Council of India is framing a fresh set of regulations for holding common entrance examinations and exits examinations for both undergraduates and post graduates medical courses. 4. On the facts and circumstances, we find that Medical Council of India is a necessary party. We direct the petitioner to implead the Medical Council of India also as a party. 5. Mr. Amit Kumar, learned counsel for the Medical Council of India appears and takes notice. 6. Adjourned by two weeks.
