ORDER : 1. Pursuant to notice on the Special Leave Petition, learned counsel has appeared on behalf of the Indian Bank, which is the main contestant in these proceedings. 2. Issue notice on the interlocutory application. The respondents will be entitled to file their counter affidavit to the interlocutory application and the SLP within two weeks; rejoinder, if any, be filed within a week thereafter. For a period of six weeks or until further orders, whichever is earlier, the parties are directed to maintain status quo with regard to the suit property. 3. Let the Special Leave Petition be listed after four weeks along with the I.A.
