JUDGMENT :- H.G. Ramesh, J: Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petitions may be disposed of by directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the representations dated 3.12.2008 and 16.12.2008, copies of which are produced as Annexures-G and H. 2. Sri V.Narayanaswamy, learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1, 3 to 15, submits that the aforesaid representations were not given by any member of respondent No.1-Society. 3. On the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to consider the aforesaid representations in accordance with law. However, if respondent No.2 finds that the representations are not by any of the members of respondent No.1 Society, it is open to respondent No.2 to reject the representations. Ordered accordingly. Petitions disposed of.
