Judgment :- At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, had submitted that, the land acquisition proceedings, which is under challenge, in the present Writ Petition, has been dropped, as per G.O.Ms.No.111/Revenue (ULC) I (1) Dept.,dated 03.03.2007. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, since, no further orders are necessary, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
