Judgment : 1. This writ petition is filed to issue a direction directing the respondent to give promotion on the basis of the M.A. (History) degree acquired and consequently give him the increment in B.T. Cadre (Middle School Headmaster) from 07.07.1994 onwards with 18% interest and with costs. 2. The Original Application is filed in the year 1999 by 52 years old petitioner seeking promotion as Middle School Head master. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the representation dated 23.11.1999 has not been considered by the respondent so far. The said representation may be considered and disposed of on merits. 3. Heard Mr. S. Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate. 4. If the greivance of the petitioner still subsists, the petitioner is at liberty to make further representation in continuation of the earlier representation dated 23.11.1999 and the respondent shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. This Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
