Judgment :- This writ petition is filed to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the order passed by him in his Proceedings O.Mu.No.99/F3/53862 dated 11.08.1999 and quash the same and direct the respondents to give her appointment to the post of Junior Assistant or Typist in Namakkal Municipality or in any other Municipality on the basis of her earlier service. 2. The petitioner claims appointment in the second respondent Municipality. The petitioner states that she was appointed having been sponsored through Employment Exchange. The petitioner was ousted and the authority has taken the stand that the appointment was on temporary basis. The petitioner has given representations on 21.05.2000 and 20.02.2001 to the first respondent stating her claim for appointment on the basis of G.O. Ms. No.2339 dated 16.11.1988 and G.O. Ms. No.125 dated 27.05.1999. The learned counsel states that the representation should be considered on merits. 3. If the petitioner is still aggrieved due to non employment, the petitioner is at liberty to make further representation in continuation of the representations dated 21.05.2000 and 20.02.2001 seeking appropriate relief in terms of the various G.Os referred to above. On receipt of such representation along with a copy of this order, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same within three months from the date of receipt of such representation. This Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
