Judgment :- This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to grant the pensionary benefits to which the petitioner is eligible, including the pension, gratuity and other ex-gratia payments as per law applicable to the petitioner together with interest at the rate of 18% p.a. from the date of entitlement of pension till payment of the same. 2. The petitioner seeks payment of pension as on 30.06.1987. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has made an representation to the District Collector, Thanjavur on 28.06.1989 and the same has not been disposed of. 3. Heard Mr. S. Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate. 4. The petitioner filed O.A. in the year 1999. If the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the petitioner is entitled to make further representation in continuation of the earlier representation dated 28.06.1999 and the first respondent shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
