Judgment :- This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to refix the pensionary benefits including DCRG of the petitioner taking into account of the last pay drawn by the petitioner as on the date of retirement, i.e. 30.06.1998 and to pay the difference of pensionary arrears amount and also the DCRG arrears to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that in respect of the relief sought for by the petitioner has made a representation dated 21.10.1998 and the said representation has not been disposed of so far. 3. Heard Mr. S. Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate. 4. At this point, the petitioner is at liberty to file further representation to the respondents for redressal of her grievance if any. The respondents shall consider and dispose of the same on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
