Judgment J.S. Khehar, C.J. Hon'ble Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. 1. The possibility of conciliating or mediating between the parties in terms of the order passed by this Court on 16.2.2010 was sought to be examined/probed. For this purpose, Mr. Manoj Tiwari, Senior Advocate was requested to hear the grievances of the rival parties. Having made extensive efforts, we were informed by the learned senior counsel that there is no possibility of an amicable settlement, and as such, there is no other alternative but to hear this case on merits. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks an adjournment so as to enable him to place further material on record of this case. 3. Prayer is allowed. The petitioners may move a proper civil miscellaneous application to place further material on record of this case in the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today with a copy in advance to the counsel for the respondents. List again on 23.4.2010. 4. This case be listed on the next date of hearing before a Bench which does not comprise one of us (Sudhanshu Dhulia, J.). 5. The Registry is directed to obtain necessary instructions in this behalf from the Chief Justice.
