Hon'ble SINGH, J.—Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the impugned award passed by the learned Tribunal. 2. The submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that the compensation awarded of Rs.65,010/- for the injuries suffered is inadequate and, therefore, it should be enhanced. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant contended that there was 12.5% disability of the appellant as a result of the injuries. 4. I have perused the impugned award and I find that so far as the injuries are concerned the appellant is said to have been suffered a fracture of the right leg and injuries on the left hand. 5. The learned Tribunal has awarded compensation in lump-sum for the aforesaid injuries amounting to Rs.37,500/-on the ground of loss of earning. 6. In the facts and circumstances, it cannot be said that the compensation awarded is inadequate. I find no reason to interfere with the award in this miscellaneous appeal. 7. The miscellaneous appeal is accordingly dismissed.
