Judgment :- At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that, in view of the subsequent public auction notified by the Hosur Municipality, in respect of shop no.2, in Hosur Municipality new bus stand, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
