Judgment :- At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondents, had submitted that the electricity service connection to the petitioners house in the ground floor, in the eastern portion of the premises, bearing old No.26/1, New No.51/1, West Namasivayapuram, Choolaimedu, Chennai, had been effected, on 22.02.2010. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, since no further orders are necessary, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
