JUDGEMENT S. A. Khan, J. 1. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for the State submits that the questions raised in this case have now been settled by the L. P. A. No.166 of 1997 along with its analogous cases M. J. C. No.1493 of 2002 and CWJC No.6101 of 1999 reported in 2008 (3) PLJR 219 (Bihar Agricultural private Service Vs. The State of Bihar ). 2. In that view of the matter, the petitioners case would be governed by the said decision. 3. This writ application is disposed of.
