Judgment :- 1. This writ petition is filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 6.9.99 passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.8229/Pa.No.Su.Pa/99 and quash the same as illegal and to direct the respondents to continue the Training for the petitioners, who are selected for the Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) Training. 2. At this point of time, the petitioners are aggrieved stating that by the impugned order, the training given to the petitioners were discontinued and therefore, they are put to prejudice. The original application has been filed in the year 1999. At this point of time, the learned counsel for the petitioners is not able to state as to whether the petitioners have undergone training subsequently and posting has been given or not. 3. In such view of the matter, if the petitioners are still aggrieved, they are entitled to make a fresh representation to the competent authority within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be considered and disposed of on merits expeditiously. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
