ORDER It is stated that the cheque which is stated to have been dishonoured was given in connection with chit fund transaction which took place in K.P.H.B. Branch, Hyderabad. Since the 1st respondent/complainant was having branch at Rajahmundry also, he filed the case at Rajahmundry after presenting the cheque for encashment through Rajahmundry Branch. In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that in the interest of justice, the case should be tried at Ranga Reddy District only. 2. In the result, the petition is allowed transferring CC No.53 of 2009 from the file of VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Rajahmundry to the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Cyberabad at Kukatpally for disposal according to law.
