JUDGEMENT Rakesh Kumar and j. JJ. 1. The sole petitioner, while invoking inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has prayed for quashing of order dated 3.2.1997 passed by learned Special Judge, Sitamarhi in G. R. Case no.616 of 1992/trial No.101 of 1995. 2. After some argument, Shri D. N. Tiwary, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition to take all the pleas, which has been taken in the present petition at appropriate stage. Prayer is allowed. 3. Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as indicated above. 4. In view of rejection of this petition, interim order of stay dated 8.9.1999 stands automatically vacated. 5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court below forthwith.
