ORDER : 1. The application for impleadment on behalf of Prajwala, Guria, Sanlaap and Saarthak is allowed. 2. On the next date of hearing the file of Writ Petition (C) No. 56 of 2004 should also be made available to the Court. 3. The learned Solicitor General, in pursuance of the request of the Court, has submitted an outlined report, which has been titled as The Indian Child: India's Eternal Hope and Future'. Copies of the report have been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. After going through the report, the petitioner would be at liberty to give suggestions to the learned Solicitor General. 4. Place this petition for further hearing at 2.00 p.m. on 22.1.2010.
