JUDGEMENT Dev Darshan Sud, J.(Oral). This petition has been preferred under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioner who claims his innocence of offences under the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substance Act. One submission made is that the other two persons involving in the same case have been admitted to bail by the learned trial Court. 2. The petitioner approached the learned Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Mandi for grant of bail. The court holds that the State has argued that the bail petitioner is involved in two more cases against him under the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substance Act and therefore, the petition is rejected. 3. When this case was taken up for further proceedings by this Court, learned Additional Advocate General submits that F.I.R. No. 206 of 2006 dated 17.5.2006 and F.I.R. No. 26 of 2010 dated 16.1.2010 under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs Psychotropic Substance Act have also been registered against the petitioner. This petition is accordingly dismissed.
