Judgment :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had submitted that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
