Order In these petitions, the petitioners have prayed for review of the order dated 7.5.2008 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) Nos. 2957 of 2007 and analogous case. 2. learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the appointment has been made without following the reservation policy of the Government. 3. Leaned G.P.I., appearing on behalf of the State, submitted that on perusal of the impugned order, it is evident that reservation policy has been properly followed in the appointment and in the counter affidavit, the State had clearly stated that the persons, who were not qualified and eligible, were not selected. Details of the particular of each candidate were furnished to show that they were not found eligible and fit for the posts and, as such, they were not selected. The petitioners have raised the same point in the petitions, which was duly considered and answered in the said writ petitions. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the order passed in W.P.(S) No. 2957 of 2007 and analogous cases. I find that in the said writ petitions, the petitioners had claimed that in the selection process, the reservation policy was not followed. This Court had duly considered the said submission and after hearing the parties, had found no material before the Court to hold that there was any irregularity in selection process and in preparing the panel. This Court had also noticed that the persons, who were selected, were not made party to the writ petitions. The writ petitions were, accordingly dismissed. The petitioners have taken the same point in these petitions over again which were duly considered and decided in the said writ petitions. 5. I find no error apparent on the face of the order or any ground made out for reviewing the order dated 7.5.2008 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2957 of 2007 and analogous cases. 6. These Civil Review applications are, accordingly, dismissed.
