Judgment :- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order, dated 17.07.2009 made in C.M.A.No.3 of 2007, on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Villupuram, reversing the fair and decretal order passed in I.A.No.1537 of 2006 in O.S.No.552 of 2006, dated 25.06.2007, by the Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram. 2. The main contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the Principal Sub Court, Villupuram, had passed the impugned order, dated 17.07.2009, disallowing the documents filed by the defendant in the suit, in O.S.No.552 of 2006, without assigning any reasons. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the Civil Revision Petition, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned had submitted that the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram, may be directed to take up the suit, in O.S.No.552 of 2006, for trial and for disposal, at an early date. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners, as well as respondents, this Court is of the considered view that it would be appropriate for this Court to direct the learned Prinicipal District Munsif Court, Villupuram, to take up the suit, in O.S.No.552 of 2006, for trial and to dispose of the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. However, it is made clear that the observations and the findings made by the learned Principal Sub Judge, Villupuram, in C.M.A.No.3 of 2007, shall not influence the learned Principal District Munsif, Villupuram, in making his decision in O.S.No.552 of 2006. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
