ORDER : 1. Permission to file SLPs is granted. Heard learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. On going through the challenges made before the High Court and the relevant provisions of Tamil Nadu Uniform System of School Education Act 2010 and the impugned order dated 30th April, 2010 Krishnagiri District (P) Schools Assistant vs. State of Tamil Nadu, W.P. Nos. 3051-3056, 3386-3387, 3398, 3410, 3431, 3516, 3603 and 3982 (Mad) on read with Order dated 05.05.2010 as well as the reasoning of the High Court, we are in entire agreement with the same.
