JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. CMP No. 1321 of 2011 Application allowed and is disposed of. CWP No. 1007 of 2011 2. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- 1. That writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued to the respondents department and direct them to allow the petitioner to continue as PTA Teacher in the GHS Naila, Distt. Bilaspur. 3. In case the petitioner is in a position to show any vacancy before the second respondent where the fourth respondent is willing to work, in view of such willingness, fourth respondent may be accommodated in that vacancy and the petitioner may be continued as PTA till otherwise is replaced by the regular employee. 4. With the above observations the present writ petition stands disposed of so also the pending application(s) if any.
