JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “(i) That writ in the nature of mandamus may kindly be issued, directing the respondents to grant the same and similar relief as has been granted by this Hon’ble Court in CWP(T) No. 1594/2008 titled as Man Singh versus State of H.P. and in the alternative, the respondents may kindly be directed to grant the work charged status to the petitioner on the basis of Hon’ble Apex Court judgment in case tilted as Mool Raj Upadhaya vs. State of H.P. and Phool Maya vs. State of H.P. by this Hon’ble Court.” 2. According to the petitioner, his case is covered by the judgment of this Court in CWP No. 1594 of 2008, titled Man Singh versus The State of H.P. and others along with connected matters, dated 27.7.2009. The learned Addl. Advocate General submits that the factual position will have to be verified. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent/competent authority to look into the matter and after verifying the facts, take appropriate action in accordance with law in light also of the judgment, referred to above, within four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment and a copy of the judgment, referred to above, along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. All the pending application(s) if any, also stand disposed of.
