JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, C.J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- (i) That a writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other writ or order may kindly be issued against the respondents by quashing and setting aside the verbal order dt. 17.10.2010 of termination of service of the petitioner which has been done without issuing any notice and without any reason because as per initial appointment of petitioner his services were to be continued till the work is available with the respondents. (ii) That a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or order may kindly be issued directing the respondents to engage the petitioner on the post of Security Guard as was engaged earlier. 2. It is submitted that similarly situated persons have been considered and they have been asked to represent before the first respondent pursuant to Annexure P-4 judgment, passed by this Court. In case the petitioner is similarly situated, the case of the petitioner shall also be considered in light of Annexure P-4, as above. 3. Copy dasti of this judgment be given to the petitioner to be produced before the first respondent immediately. 4. With the aforesaid observations the present petition stands disposed of so also the pending application(s), if any.
