JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. CMP No. 1325 of 2011 Application allowed and disposed of. The petitioner claims benefit of the notification dated 27.2.2004 in the matter of conferment of daily wage status for revenue chowkidar. There will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the notification as above and take appropriate action within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent.
