JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “(A) That the respondent No. 2 may kindly be directed to comply with the office order dated 19-3-2010 Annexure P-1 in letter and spirit and relieve the petitioner forthwith.” 2. It is submitted that the petitioner is due to retire within one year. The transfer order is dated 19.3.2010. Learned Deputy Advocate General while inviting reference to transfer order dated 19.3.2010 (Annexure P-1), has submitted that two attempts were made to provide the substitute. However, both the attempts were failed. 3. In that view of the matter, there will be a direction to the first respondent to see that the petitioner is relieved in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner before the first respondent. The grievance regarding non-payment of TTA and joining time, will also be looked into and appropriate action in that regard will also be taken by the first respondent. 3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
