The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: (i) That respondents may be ordered to promote the petitioner as Deputy Ranger from the due date i.e. from the date his juniors were promoted with all the benefits incidental thereof.” 2. Annexure P-3, representation is pending before the second respondent. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into annexure P-3 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
