JUDGMENT petitioners are aggrieved since they are not regularized in service. According to them, the cases are covered by the decision of this Court in Man Singh vs. State of H.P. rendered in CWP No. 1594 of 2008. It is for the second respondent to examine the matter. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of as follows: 2. There will be a direction to the second respondent to look into the matter in the light of the decision of this Court in Man Singh’s case (supra) and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition and the copy of the judgment, referred to above by the petitioner concerned. 3. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
