Judgment :- 1. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petitions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had placed before this Court, a communication from the respondent, dated 23.2.2011, stating that the orders passed by this Court, on 24.2.2010, in W.P.Nos.3762 and 3763 of 2010, had been complied with. 3. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the communication, dated 23.2.2011, issued by the respondent, since, no further order is necessary, the contempt petitions stand closed. No costs.
