In the meantime, the order passed by the Bombay High Court on 12-8-2011, in Hassan Ali Khan v. Union of India, Criminal Bail Application No. 994 of 2011 order dated 12.08.2011 (Bom) shall not be given effect to. 3. This order be communicated to the Superintendent of Jail, Central Prison, Arthur Road Jail, Mumbai, and the learned Special Judge, PMLA 2002, Mumbai, by fax/e-mail. The learned counsel for the parties will also be at liberty to intimate this order to the authorities concerned, both by way of written communication and also over the telephone.
