JUDGMENT Annexure P-5 is under challenge. The issue pertains to the selection of post of Fireman. According to the Service Selection Board, the petitioner has not undergone the Home Guard Basic Course or is not a member of Home Guard Service. The reference is invited to Annexure P-1. There will be a direction to first respondent to look into the matter and take appropriate action in light of the material now produced by the petitioner. Needful shall be done expeditiously before the entire selection process, if not already finalized. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the first respondent immediately. 3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
